We use facilitated workshops, metaphors, graphic capture and articulation, online surveys, phone, email and face-to-face interviews, and any other suitable mechanism to provide people with a chance to articulate their views, concerns and ideas.

We faithfully capture their inputs, aggregate them and present the client with a honest picture. We also engage in discussing and interpreting this picture, and strongly - very strongly - suggest that any participant in the voice exercise receives feedback on the overall findings, demonstrating the importance of their inputs, and recognising their commitment.

Case Study:

Alchymy was contracted to conduct an employee “voice” survey for Golden Lane Housing, associated with the strategic development of that organisation. The project involved designing a research frame, and conducting a series of face-to-face interviews, phone based interviews and follow-up discussions with all staff in the organisation.
