Carolyn is a dedicated and highly effective specialist in early childhood development and education.

Carolyn joins Alchymy with significant experience working within the Corporate Services section of the Irish Government’s Department of Finance, and following a career change having established an excellent reputation in the education of children.

Previously, Carolyn worked on the rebranding of the Irish Department of Finance, as well as contributing to the annual budget publication process, before returning to college to train as an expert in childhood education.

As a regular examiner for the AMI Montessori College (Dublin) – the leading exponents of early childhood education and development, Carolyn helps to shape the development of the next generation of teachers. She has also established a leading school in South Dublin, providing self-paced learning for children in the 3 to 6 age range. Carolyn will lead the development of new services providing assistance to primary educational organizations, practical-parenting services, and the design and delivery of interventions aimed at helping challenged children.
