Case Study:

Alchymy was asked to help develop the business case for a multi-million euro tender submission, on behalf of a leading educational service provider. This project represented a departure from the core business of the client, in terms of service users, delivery channels and methods.

Alchymy worked with the client to develop a comprehensive project proposal, based shared understanding of the tender criteria, and our client’s capabilities. This enabled the design of an innovative proposition, underpinned by a comprehensive costing model, and led to the articulation of comprehensive business case.

Ultimately the tender was both successful, and allowed our client to develop and deliver a highly successful and innovative project, earning income of over €15M over a 4 year period.
